Closeout Information
Procurement regulations require that all closeout documents be executed and in our files before closeout action can be completed. If you elect to retain any of the documents pending final audit or other action, please advise the Closeout Specialist by letter to that effect. Your notification will permit us to proceed with the closeout process.
