Y-12 National Security Complex: Online Auction

From time to time items are entered in the Sales Online Auction for sale. Before participating in the auction, visitors must read the Terms and Conditions of the Online Auction and register to bid.

Follow these steps to participate:

Read the Terms and Conditions.
Enter the auction by clicking the "Enter Auction" button at the bottom of the Conditions page. When you enter the auction, you are verifying that you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions as specified.
Before you can bid, you will need to register by choosing "New Registration."
Registration requires a valid email name. Your password will be sent to the email name you specify. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mail program will allow messages from auction@y12.doe.gov. Y-12 will not respond to requests to be added to approved senders lists.
If you do not receive your password, check your email program first and then send an email to auction@y12.doe.gov, including your bidding name and a phone number. Registering multiple times will not solve the problem. Once you receive your password, you may bid.
Your bidding registration is subject to removal if it is not used at least once a quarter. If your registration is removed, you can register again, and you'll receive a new password.
Auction categories are listed and the number of items available appears in the "Items" column. Click a category name to examine details about items.
Before you bid, you are invited and urged to inspect the property on which you are bidding. The property is available for inspection and pickup at the 1916-T2 building located at 235 Brisbane Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, during our hours of operation:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 12 noon until 3 p.m.
- Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. and again from 12 noon until 3 p.m.
- Closed on Friday
The building is not open on holidays.
You will be notified via email if you have been outbid and if you are high bidder on an item.
