B&W Y-12, L.L.C., acting on behalf of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)/U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), under Government Contract DE-AC05-00OR22800, from time to time will solicit sealed bids for the purchase of owned used and unused industrial equipment items as further described on Schedule A of the posted Sale of Government-Owned Property Bid and Award document.

If you wish to bid on this opportunity:

• Read the General Terms and Conditions.
• Print a copy of Sale of Government-Owned Property Bid and Award document, and complete the required information.
• Put the signed and completed bid form in an envelop along with a 20% bid deposit.
• Seal the envelope, and mark the outside of the envelop with the following:
  • The Bidder’s name and address
  • The Invitation for Bids number
  • The scheduled time and date of opening
• Prior to the printed deadline for receipt of bids, either mail or deliver your bid package to the Sales Office (address below) or drop it in the after-hours white sealed bid box located at the top of the ramp on the south side of the sales warehouse.

Bids received after the established deadline (“late” bids) will be returned. Unsuccessful bidders’ bid deposits will be returned. Successful bidders will be notified by phone or email. Payment will be taken by cash, credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express at the address below.
