Annual Funding Notice for the Retirement Program Plan

The annual funding notice for the Retirement Program Plan for Employees of Certain Employers at the U.S. Department of Energy Facilities at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, includes important funding information about the pension plan. This notice also provides a summary of the plan’s investment policy and rules governing the benefit payments guaranteed by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal agency.
