To be considered for any of the college programs, you must have an overall grade point average of 2.8 or above and be a United States citizen.

Summer Interns

Need a summer job? We have opportunties typically during the summer semester. You must be registered to attend school in the fall semester to be considered for an internship. To learn more about these programs, view our brochure.

Co-ops

Close to graduation? For the cooperative education program you must be willing to commit to completing at least three semesters of work sessions at Y-12 and must be registered through your school's cooperative education office. If you decide to accept one of our cooperative education or intern positions, you will be offered challenging assignments with a competitive salary based on your current academic class status.

New College Grad

Just graduated? Congratulations! Consider joining our team as a part of our New College Graduate initiative. We have competitive salaries, benefits, and challenging work assignments. Additionally, when you come to work for us you will be assigned a mentor to help provide job acclimation, share knowledge and skills, and assist with personal growth and career planning.
