Representatives from the Y-12 National Security Complex; the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; and Stanley Healthcare signed a cooperative research and development agreement yesterday during the Tennessee Valley Corridor's National Technology Summit at Y-12's New Hope Center in Oak Ridge.
