Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in the Y-12 National Security Complex. For small businesses that desire to provide products/services in support of Y-12's mission, there are several options that your company may want to consider:

  • Y-12 Mission: Determine if the products/services your company provides meet one or more of Y-12's missions: Nuclear Deterrence, Global Security, or Naval Reactors.
  • Vendor Information Database: Register your company into the Y-12 Vendor Information Database. This database provides buyers an opportunity to search for potential suppliers for upcoming requirements. The Vendor Information Database is currently unavailable. Please check back or contact the administrator.
  • Y-12 Procurement Forecast: Monitor the Y-12 Procurement Forecast for upcoming major procurements. To express interest, contact the referenced buyer.
  • Uranium Processing Facility: If your company is interested in working on the UPF Project — a Y-12 Project that will provide safe, efficient, and secure Enriched Uranium operations — email an expression of interest along with your company’s capabilities or company brochure to upfprocurement@y12.doe.gov or contact the UPF representative at 865.576.6537.
  • Mentor-Protégé Program: Review the protégé criteria to determine if your company may qualify, and watch for the open application process. This Mentor-Protégé Program is a DOE initiative established to provide an opportunity for eligible small businesses to obtain developmental assistance in business and/or technical areas in order to assist those businesses in improving and expanding their capabilities to perform subcontracts for DOE and its prime contractors.
