Costs

A $500.00 security deposit is required 10 working days in advance of any scheduled event. The deposit (in the form of a check made out to CNS LLC) is refundable if the user does not use NHC or in the absence of any damages to the facility. Use of the NHC audiovisual capabilities is charged to the user at an hourly rate that will be provided at the time of booking. A deposit (in the form of a check made out to CNS LLC) is required 10 working days in advance of the scheduled event for the estimated usage time. These costs are non-refundable if not cancelled within 3 working days of the event. Any additional costs that are the result of additional audio visual usage or extraordinary cleanup/damages will be billed to the user.

Use of the NHC by a 501(c)(3) organization constitutes, or will serve, as an $800 contribution to the agency by CNS.
