Presenters

To develop a final agenda and to make all the necessary resources available, we must have your presentation materials no later than October 15, 2018. Submit your presentation materials via email to PlantHealth@cns.doe.gov. We prefer to receive your material by email, but if that is not possible, please mail a CD no later than October 15, 2018.

Posters

Consider submitting posters that highlight key initiatives, processes, and improvements that address aging infrastructure management challenges. We must receive your posters by September 21, 2018. Submit your poster materials via email to PlantHealth@cns.doe.gov. We will take care of having them enlarged. We prefer to receive your material by email, but if that is not possible, please mail a CD by September 21, 2018.

Publication Approvals

Presenters are responsible for obtaining all necessary reviews and approvals for public release before submitting their presentation and poster materials. Each submitted presentation must contain a certification at the bottom of the title page that the document(s) has been approved for release to the public.
