FFATA and SAM
Per American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act federal regulations, subcontractors receiving federal contracts must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), an online system that includes functionality from Central Contractor Registration, Federal Regulations, the Excluded Parties List System, and the Online Representations and Certifications Application.
Additionally, representations and certifications are required if the solicitation to which you are responding requires that you have an active registration in SAM. Representations and certifications are now entered in SAM.
Sellers doing business with Y‑12 must maintain active registration in SAM.
